Just curious what type of Oils and ATF fluids people are using around here. I plan on doing oil change and ATF fluid change myself (Dealer price for B123 service is crazy)

Odyssey EX-L 2007 Ocean Mist Blue Metalic
Oil is oil as far as I am concerned, but I have run full synthetic since new and now have 160k with no sign of oil usage. I have been running Mobil 1 synthetic trans fluid and love how it performs.
2006 EX-L Slate Green Metallic - Purchased new Dec 2005, totaled May 2013 at 166K
2007 EX-L NAV RES Slate Green Metallic - purchased May 2013 with 113K
Amsoil engine oil and transmission fluid. No problems with either engine or transmission so far. Surprisingly no leaks either after 10.5 years.
2002 Odyssey EX FG
Honda hood deflector, mud guards, Zymöl wax, Honda ATF cooler, Amsoil EaO20 oil filter, Amsoil synthetic 5W20, Amsoil ATF 6/2011, Krown rustproofing, block heater (gets cc...cold in Canada in winter!)
Conventional for motor, Redline D4 for tranny.
Does anyone use weights other than the specified type? Mine specifies 5W-30 on the cap, and my BMW's run valvoline VR-1 20W-50. I use conventional in all my vehicles.

1985 10/84 528e 5 speed factory (hers)
Mobile one, Castrol Syntec or Penzoil Platinum. 0w-20 or 5w20. What ever is on sale between those 3. Honda ATF for ATF fluids.
