My '99 EX has 150K+ miles and my mechanic says the van needs control arm bushings. It is easy to get rubber bushings. However, some vendors offer urethane bushings for the rear inner bushing.
My son replaced his BMW E30 with urethane control arm bushings and likes them. Seems more precise than the rubber. For the Odyssey though, it might give you a slightly harsher ride since the urethane won't absorb as much of the vibration.
