DIY of motor replace rear (vent) window on driver side?

I'm going to try this one out for a couple of months to see if this is a solid fix or just a short term repair. I only want to take the left side apart once.

Can someone post a pic of the motor? I'm guessing that a motor from an RC car would work, just depends on size.

Anyone know if there is a video on how to remove the pannel to get to the motor? on youtube? or any where? Please help.
