    TDC Sensor

How common is the tdc sensor to go bad???

    Could it be anything else???

    2002 with 140,000 miles.

Extremely rare. Are the wires chewed up by a rodent? That would be more plausible.

    STAND CORRECTED...

Then check the ignition coils and make sure they are not wet.

Check out this link: 2000 Honda Odyssey Problem Engine Cutting Out Probably worth replacing them but I can't seem to find the part numbers online. Definitely check the cables and connectors.

Wow, this looks like a pain in the neck unless this only pertains to 99. 1999 Honda Odyssey TDC sensor replacement I can't see how both would go bad. There's more posts out there about this.

    i did wash the motor.

    i also fixed the problem.

i pulled the connectoe for tdc sensor, cleaned with contact cleaner, rinsed with brake cleaner and put together with dielectric grease and no more code.
