Car doesn't start smoothly after long inactivity

My 2003 doesn't start smoothly after 1 or 2 days of inactivity. The eigine starts like it's running out of power. This began to happen only recently. Of course, subsequent starts are fine on a given day.

Is the the battery losing power. But I replaced the battery two years ago. What else could be going bad?

Sounds normal up north this time for a cold start. I would make sure the battery is fully charged or put a fully charged battery in for evaluation. Make sure motor oil is within appropriate level and is the recommended grade.
