Driver Side Wiper Issue

The driver's side wiper of my '03 Ody doesn't clean well. I've replaced the wiper blade a few times and the result is the same. What could cause this problem? Maybe, the wiper arm is bent? Or, somehow the wiper blade doesn't make a good contact with the windshield? How can I fix the problem? Thanks in advance.

Could be a weak spring in the wiper arm or a binding wiper arm pivot (replace wiper arm). Another possibility is binding pivots in the wiper blade that prevent the rubber from pressing evenly on the windshield (replace blade).

So a replacement wiper arm comes with a wiper spring?

Yes, a new wiper arm includes the spring. Probably saves us a bruised knuckle or two as the spring is quite strong.
