No you can't get a LHD 4wd Ody but you can make one.
My ody is a converted RHD. Our used car market here is flooded with converted japanese cars to make it road legal. Easier to import it from US or Canada but shipping is too expensive.
Bought mine for 5000 USD but spent extra USD970 for a steering rack & dashboard sent by my sis in Toronto and complete retubing of the aircon system.

Next project will be the steering column because right now the shifter is at the left side of the steering wheel. Hope to buy used from the us or canada. Anybody has one for sale?

We North Americans would rather add the Awd transmission and gear box, etc. to our vans. Converting from RHD to LHD seems to me to be too much work. If you need aftermarket parts check out http://www.car-part.com/.
