    Location of transmission drain plug?

Can someone please help with this? I looked at the driver's side for a 3/8"square recess and found this one.

It's obviously not the right one (I removed it and nothing is draining out). Where is the actual drain plug in relation to this one?

    I have a 2007. Thanks.

Did you go over the DIY cnn posted? It has pix. Just search for it.

The drain is on the other side of the oil pan meaning on the driver side and is nicely pictured in CNN's DIY thread.

The value of a forum such as this one is not in that one can post a question and receive an answer, but in that the question has most likely been asked before, and the answer is available to him that will but only use the search function.

I completely missed cnn's excellent DIY. I previously found a few older threads that didn't have the pics as cnn's does.

It's bookmarked for the next time.

    Thanks.
