2007 EX-L Starter Motor questions

When starting, the starter motor makes a brief sound as if the starter gear has not disengaged. (75,000 Km)
The indy shop I was at recommended a Refurbished Replacement starter. There are no Honda dealers in Powell River.
When I did an eBay search, a seller is advertising starter motors for 2007-2010 Odysseys without ECM.
Two questions
1. Is there a different starter motor for ECM Ody's?
2. The quoted price at the Indy shop is $375 for a refurb. Is this a reasonable price?

If its a Honda-refurbished starter, it seems about right for the price.

At 75,000km, I doubt if the starter motor goes bad. What happens is the the "lever set" (item #20 below) may fail to disengage the solenoid.
If you are handy then remove the starter motor and disassemble it and lube appropriate parts.
