Glitches with my power sliding doors ('07 EX-L)

In recent months, my power sliding doors on my '07 EX-L have started to show some glitches here & there...

* Driver-Side: When opening (at about 1~2sec or ~20% of the way, very-roughly speaking), it "beeps" (as if it hits something or gets stuck/jammed on something) then starts closing back up. (But I don't see any objects interfering in the way.) After a few back-and-forth, it'll finally open all the way.

* Passenger-Side: When opening, it makes a really loud "pop!!" noise. But mechanically it still opens all the way just fine. (Are the door guide-pin receivers on the frame mis-aligned now?)

These symptoms usually occur when it's the first time opening the sliding doors (eg. after parked/driven for a while). Once it's been opened, it doesn't repeat the symptom until next such duration. Also, this car has no accident, just a normal use by a family with 2 small kids.

Upon search, though not sure if it's directly related to my issues, but I've read this thread (about an '05)...

I am having the exact same issue on my passenger side door. Large "pop" when opening, like the latch has tension on it before releasing. Have tried lubrication of the latch, to no avail. Stealership claims there is nothing wrong with it! Really? Have lost all respect for them.

Look forward to any advice.

In my case it was worn sliding door roller. After fixing it works just fine. BTW on my 99 odyssey I had exact problem.
