100,000 mile service for 2009 Honda Odyssey

I am now looking to have my 100,000 miles service performed on my 2009 Honday Odyssey. My dealer quoted me $999 for new timing belt, new serpentine belt, new water pump, timing belt tensioner, and coolant. They are also pushing me to replace my spark plugs and have the valves adjusted for an additional $649. If I choose to do spark plugs and no adjustment, price is $271. Does it make sense to have the spark plugs and valve adjustments done now and do these prices seem right? The dealer says to consider this the time for a "tune up". Thanks!

Valve adjustment: most people find that at 100K, the valves are still OK, if you don't hear any valve noise, then wait until 150K or adjust them.
