I did. Does not appear to be a door or tailgate issue and has a different tone.

I listened to the sound on your video. I have never heard anything like that on my Odyssey. Do you think it is actually an electronic beep, or might it be a sound coming from a blower fan that is "squeaking" that just happens to sound like a beep?

If you can make it beep at low speeds, maybe you can stop at a Honda dealer, when the service writers are not busy, and get one to ride around the lot with you.

You don't happen to have back up proximity sensors on that van do you? It kind of sounds like what they do on other vehicles when getting close to an object in reverse. Though not sure why it would be active in 'drive'

What trim level do you have?

If you have a Touring, the sensors may be going off.

That doesn't sound like the parking sensors on my 08 Touring but they could be different. They are disabled in Neutral and Park so if the beeping stops in N or P then the parking sensors, if installed, could be the problem.

sounds like the sliding door warning beeps, found on a quick google

there could be a communication error between the 2 doors causing it or a few other things

The sliding door beeps are much longer than that, or on constantly. It's not the sliding door.

Thank you all for your responses. Looks like it was the parking break. It had not disengaged completely. After couple attempts to disengage, this sound went away! Wonder why parking break did not disengage complete like usual. Will keep an eye on it and will take to dealer if this happens again.

Glad it was an easy fix. So it was a rotational rubbing squeak, not an electronic beep signal. That's what I thought when I listened to your audio. I hope all your repairs are that easy!

Wouldn't the brake light be on if the brake wasn't fully disengaged?
