Maine Mall Moters in Portland, ME charges $201 for the B2 service.
I find that using the dealer is worthwhile until the warranty has expired. If you do the work yourself remember to keep all reciepts in case there is a warranty claim.....these dealers/manufacturers will try to get out of any claim if they can.

From the Canadian maintenance schedule leaflet ... B Service
    Replace engine oil & filter
    Service front & rear brakes
    Inspect parking brake adjustments
Inspect tie rod ends, steering gear box & boots
    Inspect suspension components
    Inspect drive shaft boots
Inspect brake hoses & lines (including ABS)
Check all fluid levels & check for leaks
    Inspect exhaust system
    Inspect fuel line & connections

    Sub-Symbol 2 Maintenance
    Replace air cleaner element
    Replace dust & pollen filter
    Inspect and adjust drive belt

Pretty elementary, especially with all the forum help.
My only question.... What do you need to do to 'service' the front & rear brakes??

You *could* do the same thing as the dealership ... nothing.

I just let the dealer do an oil change and dare them not to report a leaking boot. They are there to sell me stuff afterall. I do pay for a minor service when I think I might needs brakes. The tire store that rotates for free does not do brakes and does not report pad thickness. That is useful information.

I think "servicing" the brakes may be lubing the caliper pins.

You're probably correct, JyRO, & it will probably be what I do too.
Thanks for the info, Egads. That makes sense. Just got my complimentary 'A' service from the dealer. The service department has a price for each code & a list of service items performed posted on the walls. Unfortunately, I didn't make note of the prices.
