2013 touring elite no start

Bought on Saturday nite before Christmas, drove home and would not start on Thursday. Dealer told me to jump start it. Not a good way to start ownership. They didnt even fill the gas tank. This is my third honda from the same dealer. I drove less than 25 miles. What do think?

I see this happen very often on our lot. It is usually because the sales department let the cars sit, instead of cranking them every once in a while to keep the battery charged. You should let your salesperson know. Many times we are not successful even charging the batteries...seems as if they have to be replaced when they get low.

I'll add the sales manager, way to keep their customers happy, I guess they were ready for the holidays. If the battery is not faulty, at least a free oil change voucher is in order
