I've got a fairly fresh load of Ceratec in our 2002 EX (wife's). It seems the oil looks a tiny bit "opaque" on the dipstick, but other than that, it's still honey colored, just like new oil should be (we have not run it much since the last oil change; she is really preferring the 1998 Accord LX or our son's 2012 Civic EX).
It really doesn't change the color of the new oil too much, and I can say this for the van, one riding mower, and our push mower. All 3 got the appropriate amount of Ceratec this year, and I'm in the habit of checking oil levels on my power equipment before use.
My wife has said that the van seems different, maybe not as loud (I'm paraphrasing). It does get a small increase in miles per tank. The mowers have seen more dramatic results; I'm amazed at how much less fuel I'm using this season with my riding mower (Briggs & Stratton 15.5 nTek motor). The push mower (Honda GCV160 motor) also uses less fuel, but it's not as noticeable as the riding mower.
