Nothing's certain but I can almost be sure it will be standard as Honda would not let HYUNDAI/KIA beat them again in crash tests just because of some AHR. After looking at pics of 08' Ody it seems like the headrest design is different....also almost all the refreshed Honda Line-up has active head restraints or one that gets good from the IIHS.
