Congratulations!

The Mini was my first dream car. I thought it had a ton of personality. It was economical too, very important when gas skyrocketed to 89 cents a gallon in the early 1970's.

Yeah, and my 36 HP WV would sweat when the gas stations posted yellow flags even though it got 40 plus MPG. Remember the even/odd license plate rule...that one bit me a couple times. That was SOOOOOOOOO long ago...was that just in California or was that all over? Then after the "crisis" was over, my dad quit griping about the poor mileage with his Gremlin. It has a 23 gallon tank I kid you not!!!
