Hi--

My name is Andy and I live in Charlotte NC. I found this forum a few weeks ago when I was looking for a solution for my clock light being burned out. I got the right solution and took care of the problem myself for not much time and $$. So since we plan to have our Ody a while longer, I thought I'd join. I'm not a mechanic or a modder; just a regular guy who is trying to save time and money by taking care of at least the simpler maintenance things myself.

My wife and I have a 2001 Ody EX with 127K on it. Got it at Carmax when it was a year old, which allowed us to search online for one with everything we wanted and also save that $$ you pay just because something is brand new. It's a good vehicle and so far we're pleased with it.

Looking forward to learning more about my vehicle here and hopefuly will be able to eventually contribute something that helps someone else. I have a background in Emergency Medical Services and ham radio so I'm knowledable on installing electrical stuff (2 way radios, strobes, etc.) though not with this particular vehicle.
