where to tether rf roundabout in 2002?

Another question! I have 2002 odessey ex (red rock pearl for those who might want to know:-) )

For those of you with a Britax roundabout can you tell me where you tether it when it's in the rear facing position?? I'm installing this in the second row seat (captain chair)

Is it safe to tether it to the same tether anchor that I would use for a foward facing installation??
