For those with PAX tires: Just wanted to report that our 06 Touring just passed 28k miles on the OEM set. At the A12 Service, the Honda dealership said there is slight wear on the inside front tires (recommended an alignment) and 'should' have about 10k miles left on them. I typically have them pumped up to 40psi.

I also asked how much a new set of PAX cost from them: $1,250 installed. So it looks like the prices haven't really gone down since I inquired a couple of years ago.

This is just an FYI post so that others with PAX has something to compare their tires to.

I'm still unsure if we will De-PAX or not. The Ody is holding up well after 3 years and looks to be a keeper. Haven't had a reason to dump PAX yet. I guess I'll decide in about 10k miles!

it was around 65K when I replaced the PAX tires that came with the van,
and now I intend to replace with a second set at 115K..

I have the Michelin dealer rotate every 3500 miles and I maintain at least 38 PSI in all 4 tires....

Wow.. thats great.. I think i'm on my 3rd set right now

and i'm at about 95k and my service tech told me i have about

5/32 left..

You had better get 50K out of each set.... What are you doing in rotations? and pressures???
