The buzzer is from Radio shack
for less than $4.
Run a pair of wires from the
module to the dashboard to join the ROSS module and the buzzer.
The buzzer that's mounted on the
board isn't loud enough to always be heard in the front seat.
By gently prying the cover off
the module, you can access the circuit board.
A closeup view of the clips that
hold the cover onto the module base.
The original buzzer.
The two buzzer mounting points
are on either side of the bottom of the label on this board.
Solder the wire to these points
and reassemble the module case. Now remounrt the module and.....
.....run the wires along and
under the panels and sills toward the front. Here the buzzer is shown
mounted to the cover of one of the electronic modules to the left of the
parking Now e. It's plenty loud enough, now.
