This mod changes the fog light wiring so the lights remain on with the high beams - a useful feature here in deer country.

fogmod.jpg (53470 bytes) This is the "B" relay that was added during the Honda fog light installation. It's purpose is to drop power to the fog lights when the high beams are on.
fogmod2.jpg (48528 bytes) Remove the connector from relay "B"
fogmod3.jpg (23790 bytes) Spreading the shroud will allow it to be removed to expose the wiring
fogmod4.jpg (27128 bytes) Release and pull this connector. This prevents a pick at relay "B" when the high beams are turned on.
fogmod5.jpg (25364 bytes) Replace the shroud and tape the connector back to the harness.

For maximum flexibility, this mod adds a single jumper to allow fog light use with parking lights, low beams and high beams.

fogmod6.jpg (42190 bytes) Locate fog light relay "B".......

fogmod8.jpg (18298 bytes) Remove the fog light switch connector and pull it back out of the dash.
fogmod9.jpg (25489 bytes) Locate the blue and green/yellow wires.
fogmod10.jpg (43609 bytes) Remove the tape and slide the conduit back to give yourself room to work. Strip back a gap in the insulation of each wire.
fogmod11.jpg (41263 bytes) Solder a jumper across the wires and tape the connections.
fogmod12.jpg (18215 bytes) Tape the wires and conduit back together and reinstall the switch.
