Heat prevents windows and mirrors from working

Before someone bashes me 4 posting in an Odyssey Forum, I do have a 2005 Odyssey. I have tried getting answers in Honda Accord forums, but it seems that people are not as knowledgeable as I've seen in this forum. In September, I acquired a 2002 Accord 4-door for my daughter. The only thing on the car that doesn't function properly are the electric windows and mirrors when it either gets too warm inside the car or with the heater running. At first I thought it could be the main control panel on the driver side. But when winter came and I started running the heater I found that the windows and mirror also wouldn't work once it got warm enough. All windows either work or don't work and when the windows don't work the control for the mirrors doesn't work either. Sometimes I have to wait overnight before I'm able to roll windows back up. Any ideas are appreciated. Thank you.

Well, fuse #13 (40a) in the under-hood fuse box, is the main fuse for the power windows. The mirror is probably on it also.
I would at least remove that fuse and reinsert it several times to make sure it is making good contact.
Could also be a semi-loose connection. You might have to find a wiring diagram to see what goes where. See where the power goes to after the fuse and before it splits off for the mirror and windows. Probably some main control or switch.
