I searched online and in the forums for hours. Finding nothing of substance, I decided to go outside and get it done myself.
- Look underneath the fog light to be adjusted for an access hole in the splash guard directly behind the painted part of the bumper.
- insert a 6" #2 phillips screwdriver into the hole so as to engage with the adjustment screw at the rear of the fog light assembly within the bumper.
- turn clockwise (looking up) to lower beam height, anti-clockwise to raise beam height.
