Front Accessory Socket Fuse

I assume that the Front Accessory Socket is what we used to call the "cigarette lighter" socket, yes? This is where I plug in my phone charger and it doesn't work any longer, assume it's the fuse. In the manual it calls for a 15amp fuse in slot #9, correct?

If you pull the fuse in slot 9, is it blown? Easiest way to determine if you need to replace a fuse is to remove them and take a look - it will be very obvious if it's blown (the metal curvy part in the middle will be broken)! From the electrical diagram, that looks to be the correct fuse,

Yep, that is the obvious solution but at my age and physical condition, time on my back in a cramped position is very limited. In my old '57 Chevy days .. no problem.
