Passenger side headlight bulb should be very straightforward. You didn't specify which model but I'm going to assume you have a Touring since you mentioned you have fog lights. If you have HID's though, it will be different since you'll have ballasts and its quite different.

The foglight is a little trickier. The easiest way is to remove the belly pan. But to do that you also need to loosen the bolts at the side of the wheel well. Then, you kind of push the belly pan backwards. You'll see it's not hard. There are a couple of phillips / 8 or 10 mm bolts and I think maybe some torx head ones? Can't recall but it's really not hard. Once you're in there, you'll see the bulb harness, just disconnect it and twist bulb out. Again, on the 2014 I don't know for sure but I would guess it's the same as my 2011.

Also, do try and use the google search here - it's quite good and will find you most of the answers you want without asking or posting.

You don't have to remove the splash guard on the Gen 3 as Honda gives you an access hole to the single bolt holding the fog light assembly. But the problem is trying to get the bolt back in as you're completely blind. It's much easier if you can get it on a lift so you can work from underneath.
