Pretty smooth ride so far..... installed them saturday, and took a 300 mile round trip... so far so good! And I've had a lot of coilover cars, and they are pretty good and my son didn't complain win/win for me! I've not lowered it, until the springs settle and then bringing it down

Thats how we do it!

I have BCs on my 2010. First lowered 2 inches but the axles vibrated like mad so had to raise it 1 inch. I still get the vibration but its bearable. Axles are factory...143k miles.

I do have a serious squeaking noise from the rear on both sides. BC sent me new shock cartridges but I didn't swap them on yet.

Awesomeness man! I'm in like so far, and still have room for it to go way lower! I live in Indiana, and it's more than happy, and the gf even said it wasn't bad! I can't wait for all kids to get in for a long trip

I installed BCs a few months ago and like them a lot. I set my shocks on 20 (out of 30, so 10 clicks from full hard) and have never messed with them since. I'm quite pleased with the spring rates and compression & rebound range BC has used to set these up.

The one thing I might do in the future is pull the fronts out and make a small rubber pad for the top plate - this would eliminate some of the slight harshness over expansion joints. That's the biggest change I noticed from the H&R springs I previously had - since the H&Rs use the stock top plates, they do a better job of dampening those sharp initial impacts up front.

No axle-related vibration issues for me. I had a shudder getting into and out of the throttle that I diagnosed as a rear motor mount. This was resolved when I replaced the rear mount with an OEM active mount. I did replace the axles about a year ago (before the coilovers went in) when the left front had a slight clicking during turning and I discovered a torn CV boot.

It's down about 1/2" lower than the H&Rs (no tire gap), so overall it's about 2" lower than stock. I love how it looks and the damping is well calibrated - sporty but not overly stiff. It's pretty low - I can't get in or out of my parents' driveway without scraping the center muffler. All of my cars are lowered, so you learn to work around stuff like this.

Sorry to revive this thread, but any updates on how your experiences are? I have been reading quite a few gripe in the online community among varied Automakers about the reliability of these and how the springs are not speced to the vehicle and bottoming out, others having issues with the cartridges.

I am doing my research now and would love to hear if you are all still satisfied! Rides all look good btw.

BC racing is the worst suspension I had. I had various types of suspension from lowering springs to bags, BC racing coilovers was the absolute worst.

Junk didn’t last more than 2-3 months, from top mounts to blown shocks, quality was terrible. Yes, I adjusted them properly. All of my vans are daily driven, not garage queen.

Best daily suspension for the vans is H&R springs. If you want to ride real low, go with bags.
