Own a 2014 EX-L and recently replaced the battery. I took the old OEM battery out and put the new Interstate battery in [made sure the new battery met or exceeded the specs for the OEM battery] and made sure the connections were all tight and matched the terminals to the leads correctly. I started it up right away after changing the battery and had no issues. My wife went out to start it later and it was dead, so i put my car charger on it (using the 75 amp jump setting) and it turned over just fine and started. The anti-theft security for the radio kicked in while she was driving and she reset the radio by holding the radio power button for 2 seconds.

It was started and stopped and driven in between several times. Then the problem reoccured and the car would not start again. I put my car charger on it again but this time on the 2 amp trickle charge setting and the car started just fine and again went through the anti-theft security for the radio again. I have gone out several times after this (but not driving the car) and started the car each time with no issues. Even powered on the car without starting it to see if the anti-theft security for the radio came back on but it didn't.

Has anyone else had this issue or something similar? Thoughts on what the issue might be? It's a brand new battery, but i would like to rule out anything else before bringing the battery back.

It's either a bad battery or something draining the battery when the vehicle is off. Try disconnecting the battery for a few hours (or whatever it takes to duplicate the low battery condition) then come back, reconnect it, and see if it starts the car. If it doesn't start then return the battery. If it does, then I'd suspect a possible parasitic draw on the battery when the key is off.

I had the battery tested and the alternator tested today. Both checked out as good.

The issue seems to be random of starting or not starting. So I am beginning to suspect that something like a relay might be failing in the ignition circuit??

Does anyone know what the book symbol with the "i" in it means in the picture below? If it's an extra relay, i might be able to swap it out and try my theory but I am having trouble finding the electrical schematic for this vehicle.

I doubt it's a relay. I would suspect an intermittent starter or a battery cable/ground issue before that but dont' know how many miles on your vehicle.
John's suggestion is spot on. I suspect the starter/solenoid or power connections are at fault. However, according to the repair manual, one of these other issues could contribute to a dead battery.
