There are many double DINs that work, but are you prepared to lose the NAV, Rear camera, and RES? I don't remember seeing one Successful story here yet.

It's doable to have the RES system and an aftermarket double din coexist. There is one design decision you need to make which is which system you want wired to the speakers.

In my car, the afternarket double din is wired to the speakers and video out from the aftermarket unit goes into the aux of the RES system. If kids want to watch DVC by themselves then they can use wireless headphones and DVD through RES system. If everyone wants to watch/listen I play DVD through the aftermarket unit with RED set to AUX for video.

Rear view camera is easy to hook up to aftermarket.

For me.... NAV isn't of much value given the absence of live traffic data for people living in populated areas.
It is mostly for convenience and quick access when I need it. AND it doesn't require cell signal to work in the middle of nowhere. Smart phones are great but without the signal towers, they are dumb phones. I love my smart phone, but I always bring along traditional NAV when traveling.
