Greetings All,
I have a 2005 touring model, my very first car bought with my own money, real blessing because i bought it before statewide lockdown and a week before my baby was born, really helped me save cab rides. So really sentimental. Anyway, As the title says when i bought the car the only problem was:

The RIGHT side tail light DOESNT work but lights up when brakes are pressed.
It was okay because the back door lights are working, so I wasnt pulled over.

but NOW...
It’s the opposite...

the LEFT side tail light DOES work but doesnt light up when breaks are pressed.
🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️
We’re still recovering from the lockdown, just started paying off bills, wife just started with a new job, i took a stable job with 4$ less. money is still tight, so I dont want to go to a repair shop just yet. Anything that I can do first?

Welcome to this forum.
Could it simply be burned out bulbs? Make sure both sides have the correct dual filament bulbs.

Replace both tailight bulbs on both sides using gloves while touching the bulbs. This will likely solve your problems at low cost for a long time for less than 20 bucks. Check for water in your housings this can also make this problem happen--this can be dealt with by drilling tiny holes in the bottom of your tailights ( Search this on this sites threads )

LEFT side is fixed, right side still is a problem. Not a big deal problem that would pull me over.
So when I turn-on the switch for the lights I only have half taillight on the right because it doesnt light up but when breaks are pressed it lights up well. Bulbs are new.

I’m still suspicious of the bulb on the right side. Even though it is new it could be bad or the wrong bulb. Try swapping the left side good bulb over to the right side and see what happens.
Make sure it is a dual filament bulb.

okay, so if it’s dark you turn on the light switch to turn headlights and tail lights.

Normally, Lights A and B lit up together. And when you step on the break light B gets brighter.

However, what my right side does is when I turn the switch on, only light A turns up and light B is off.

but when I step on the break that’s the only time light B turns up.

Bulb is new (dual filament), reverse light is good, turning light is good, fuse looks good (tried reattaching fuse)

is this still a bulb issue or wiring?

I think you keep missing the point that the brake light bulbs are dual filament bulbs. It’s sort of like having two separate bulbs in one.
It sounds like your taillight filament is broken or it is not there. I suggest again that you try a new bulb or swap the working left side bulb over to the right side to see if the bulb is your issue or not. This is an easy and inexpensive thing to do. You need to rule out the obvious causes.

And I keep saying that YES. I have the right light bulbs dual filament i know what filament means, light bulbs are new, fresh and new, okay? Fresh and new. I know because I use the same light bulb when i fixed my left one. They’re a 2 for 1 package from walmart. I’m already using dual filament, let me say it again the bulbs installed are DUAL FILAMENT.

but when I step on the break that’s the only time light B turns up.
With the same brightness as the left side brake light? Or the same brightness as the inner running lights?

On mine, the bulb socket is broken on the side, and my brake light is not working. This may not be the problem with yours, and you probably would have noticed this when you replaced your bulb.
Do you have a volt/ohm meter to measure voltage? With the parking lights on you should be able to read 12 volts from one of the contacts. There are 4 contacts in the socket: 2 are grounds,1 is for the brake and 1 is for your parking light that is not working.
Btw- filaments are the wires inside the bulb which light up.
