Hi all,

I am ordering parts to replace the timing belt on my 16 Ody at 105k miles (neighbor is a highly experienced mechanic). Getting the Aisin kit, but I understand that one should replace the serpentine belt while you're at it. Question is, which belt should I order? I'm ordering from RockAuto and they have a number to choose from, ranging in price from $14-$22 (see below).

Also, is there anything else I should replace when doing the timing belt?

Thx, Jerry

did mine about 15k miles ago @93k miles, changed a bit early since the spring tensioner was prematurely failing and noisy.

did the aisin TB component kit from rockauto.
serpentine belt, and auto tensioner and idler.
aisin thermostat and gasket off rockauto, since the coolant gets dropped for the water pump, use honda genuine coolant.
spark plugs, ruthenium or iridium on rockauto.

saving the valve adjustment and valve cover gaskets for 150k miles.

if your using rockauto, use the 5% discount code.

Thanks for the info.. But which serpentine belt did you get?

Also, apparently you can only use the 5% discount once on RockAuto as I used it on my last order and it isn't showing as an option on this one.

Just google for rock discount code.
