I would drive it as is, its not gonna leak, no way. If youre gonna keep the van for a long time smear grease around it, so corrosion doesnt make it hard to remove. If you arent keeping it more than a few years dont do anything tho if it makes you feel better smear jb weld around it.
Was it a harbor freight torque wrench? Theyre a great deal but like 1 out of 20 dont click. Ive never used one on a bleeder, the precise setting I use on those is "snug with a short 3/8 ratchet" like this:

Those are my go to ratchets I have 2 got em when you could drive to a large department store and they had a great selection of quality US made tools.
Seems like 20+ years ago.
Project Farm on youtube did a comparison test of a bunch of imported adjustable wrenches, and threw in a 20+ yo US make craftsman.
No surprise the craftsman spanked all the others, badly.

Next time just snug it with a flare wrench. I only use the torque wrench on important tasks like valve cover gaskets or lug nuts. It's always smart to check the calibration of the tool. A couple days ago I was checking the caibration on my TEKTON 1/4 in. drive torque wrench and it was off by 3-5 ft ibs! Time to calibrate :)

1/2 in. torque wrench by TEKTON was perfect on calibration and its the most used tool in my cabinet.

Edit Reason: Grammar

How does one calibrate a torque wrench?

If you don't have flare wrenches, a box end wrench or socket (6 pt. preferred but not necessary) is as good, if not better.

I watched this video on how to check/calibrate a torque wrench and was able to check the calibration myself successfully. All you need is a vice, dumbbell, and rope to carry the weight. A little math is necessary but not hard to do 👍🏼

Careful, only calibrate if you're confident enough.

Tightened without a wrench would be finger tightened. :)
True, but technically it was tightened with a torque wrench the first time. At 7ft lbs it can be easy to miss that click. I've been watching a youtuber who says "click" when he tightens fasteners without a torque wrench, and I started doing the same inadvertently.
