Where to find Moog lower control arm castle nut?

Hello
I might buy a Moog front lower control arm assembly which is missing a castle nut. Would anyone know what the specs of that castle nut are and where I could buy one. Home Depot probably has it but I don't know if it is the same strength. Or is it better to not try to save $30 for something that could cause problems later on.

Does anyone know if the OEM castle nut which will come out of the car will fit the Moog? I could use that as well.

Also after changing both front control arms / ball joints, do we need to get an alignment done?

Measure the diameter/pitch of bolt/stud that is on the "new" one. The nut must match the stud. Measure the one on your vehicle. Compare. If you are not the first owner of your van, it may not be OE. I would rely on castle nuts sold for chassis use by NAPA or the chain stores.

moog is hit and miss, depending where the part is manufactured.

Don't know for sure, but there's a good chance the original will fit. That's likely why the Moog doesn't come with one.
