So weird to see others in the same boat. All these errors started popping up on our 2019 ~ 30k miles, that we bought new.

Waiting to see if anyone found a solution other than the dealer replacing the camera for $$$

I found this on another forum about the CR-V that seems similar (Service Bulletin 18-0006 - can't post a link since this is my first time posting here but if you google it, you can find it) Anyone see this?

Hi, is this a recall instructions? Can we take this instructions to the dealer to get the software update?

Scott
Not sure, but that's 100% what ours is doing, with the same codes and all. I have the last week of the month off, might take it to Honda & see if they're able to do this to it OR if they're just pushing for a new camrea (which we'd never know if it was really the camera or the software). If all they do is change the camera with an old one, and then update the software that's not really a "fix". I'd rather have them attempt the CRV recall to our camera's (probably same stupid one). I know my wife's tired of tall the "beeps" it does daily, so that might be worth a shot if they'll follow that TSB for the Ody, would be a much better fix than the $1600 repair.

All of these systems are on the B-CAN network and these failures could be explained by water leaking into the power tailgate controller.
I agree with you then because of the CANbus set up, this could be possible. Any other suggestions as to how to evaluate this specifically?

Probably like most of us, we get these same errors and issues, hoping to find a reasonable replacement cost. Having the same issues on mine, went to the dealer and was told it was the camera. I know electronics fail, but I find it hard to believe that shy of a true loose wire, that something that is static and just sits glue to the windshield "fails"that frequently. I'm going to check the connection on my camera this evening.

One other thing of note, so we recently bought a 2018 Odyssey, just noticed that one of the rear tires was slightly larger than the other three. This caused a c1040-00 wheel speed signal error code to be thrown. I wonder if there's any correlation with "wheel speed"and the intermittent nature of the camera?

Hi, I'm running into similar issue and would like hear if you find a solution that could be shard.
I too have the issue. 2021 odyssey just had 5 errors thrown at me

BRAKE SYSTEM LIGHT
Adaptive cruise control problem
Collision Mitigation system problem
Road departure mitigation system problem
Radar Obstructed

There's nothing blocking the radar. Need help.

Hey boss, for whatever it's worth. I think this is more a software issue and less a hardware thing. Our lights continue to be intermittent. Nothing changed, no wrecks, works perfectly otherwise. It's possible the circuitry in either the camera or the radar is malfunctioning, but that stuff is often not the cause.

We were told after going to Honda, that "because of the CANbus circuit, we can identify the first problem in there, then fix it, then see if the rest of the codes in the circuit loop are clear. If not, we replaced the next sensor". It just absolutely doesn't make any sense to me how true hardware fails systemically across so many vehicles this rapidly. I know it doesn't answer the question as to what to do, but I would continue to operate as normal, sell if it's too much of a burden. Cheers

I having the same problem on my 2019 Odyssey. All the warning lights came on at once out of the blue. 66K miles. I took it into the dealer yesterday and they said I need a new camera and possibly a radar recalibration too. $1500. Ugh. Not quite ready to stomach the fix (that I don't even know if will actually fix the problem after reading various threads!) because it still drives fine aside from the lack of any of the camera-related features (the only one I really miss is cruise control).

Have been encountering this issue for the last couple months on my 2020 Odyssey. I'm hoping this won't make you fail an inspection. Mine is due this month. Doesn't seem like Honda is wanting to resolve the issue either though I haven't taken it to the dealer yet, just basing off what I've read here.

Had the same problem (2019 Elite, 45k miles). Thought it could be the battery since the problem was intermittent so put a new one in but lights came back again. Finally took it in and they confirmed camera was bad. Repair estimate was $1600 but was fully covered under HondaCare.
