Diagnostic codes ? Where to find them

I've been looking around for the Diagnostic codes for my Odyssey ( 2006 ) does anyone know a place to find them? I received them from my dealer, but they will not tell me the meaning? that will cost me $105.00 diagnostic charge :tongue: Shhh..they need to keep it a secret D

Go buy a generic OBD-II code reader for $50 and it pays for itself the 1st time you use it.

Good advice ^^. However, ODB-II readers cannot pick up some proprietary Honda codes.

Run a search for the codes - you might get the information you need right here.

If he gave you the codes just search them here or google them on the internet. Googling will give you more information than you can digest.

lots of sites to look them up - as suggested, Google is your friend here.

for the generic codes

code readers should be able to report whatever codes are there, they just might not have the definitions built in for the honda ones (I think many do, though - I have an autoxray code scanner, and the first thing you do is configure it for the vehicle manufacturer you are dealing with)
