Hey guys many of you guys know me probably as the guy who posts tons of modded Sienna pics and vids, but really I'm a huge advocate in the van modding community not just Siennas, but Quests and Odysseys as well.
We have a Facebook group called Vankulture and vans of all makes are there in case you want to check it out!

Anyway I posted this thread because Rodrigo from Rodspeed in Miami have finally done it! 4th gen Ody on Vossens 20x10.5 wheels all around and it looks FANTASTIC!

Rodrigo got all the ideas from the Sienna pics and vids and did their research after and also came up with custom springs for them which lowers the van 1.2 inches in front and .8 inches in rear.

anyway here are specs in case you guys are interested:

Springs:
-higher spring rate than stock (not disclosed yet until they start making them for consumer which is soon)
-1.2 inches front lowered
-.8 inches rear lowered

wheels:
-Vossen CV4 20x10.5 +37 offset. it was achieved with the milling of a +45 wheel but can also be achieved by using 8mm spacers.

We're very happy that finally the 4th gen ody is going to get more publicity from this and hopefully we can get a shoot to go with this with Vossen after. I'll be working with 2 Odysseys from the Bay Area to achieve these stances and will keep you guys posted on this.

I think Mizan's white van looks much better, especially the wheels and tires size/profile ratio, very clean. The tires on the Touring (first post) do not seem to be the right size for the wheel, it may need wider tires. Also, too low of a tire profile makes the van look weird IMO

I like the reduction of the wheel gap in both though

Actually the tires are semi stretched on the 1st ody and it is done for a reason. the curving in of the tire allows more clearance for the tires to tuck into the wheel wells a lot better so that if the van goes lower it wont scrape. the tires are 245/45/20 and a 45 profile is still a lot of tire even for a van. when you get to the 40's thats when tire starts to become a rubber band. People might think it's really dangerous to stretch a tire especially if you've never experienced doing it, but europeans have been stretching tires since the 80's.

Compared to other stretched setups this ody actually has a very mild stretch only so its not even close to being dangerous. Of course in anything you do theres an effect and the biggest thing with stretched tires is that they have a stiffer sidewall. But achieving the look of having the widest wheel possible sometimes theres no other choice but to do it especially when you lower the van; Clearance is the biggest issue and stretching the tires definitely give you a lot more clearance.

Again the look and setup is NOT for everyone. But I've been riding on the same setup for 2 years now and no issues.

Cape, Did Mizan roll the rear fenders? Also, Vossens don't make any 18" wheels. right? Didn't see any....
No, I didn't need to roll my fenders on my current setup of 20x9 (rear)...not sure if I will for the 20x10.5, however, I'm guessing I will

So far from my conversation with rodrigo you wouldnt have to mizan07 so thats a good thing! And youre not tucking in the wheel wells just yet so we might be able to get away with it... Either way if it has to be rolled it would be mild only. Let me know design u want bro so we can get going!
