Strut bearings do wear out, and you can get some rattling. I went with complete assemblies from 1AAuto.com and am completely satisfied with them 2005-07 Honda Odyssey Front Strut & Spring Assembly Pair TRQ SCA57196
It’s certainly possible your A-arms or sway bar tie rods are rattling, too. Any vehicle with enough miles to need strut cartridges has probably also worn out most of the front end moving components, too.
I recommend getting the van on solid support with the front end elevated & checking the front end thoroughly. You might need some more strut parts; you almost certainly need some other bits, too. All these are helpful.
