This car is a one-owner, purchased new in 2006 by my mother for ~$28,000 not adjusted for inflation. She bought it as a replacement for our small and aging 2001 Honda CR-V. She wanted the EX trim, because the LX trim didn't offer sliding power doors and steering wheel mounted radio controls, but she did NOT want the EX-L or Touring model, given that she doesn't travel or drive enough to warrant the features those have.
