That seems a bit high. You have a timing belt service in about 20k, plus the possible tranny replacement headache in the future.

I agree with paarlberg on the price being too high. We paid $9500 2 1/2 years ago for our 02 with 15,000 less miles and you will be putting about $800 into it in 20,000 miles, possibly more if the tranny goes.

Actually, I just traded my '02, based on my research that's at the high end but within the dealer prices. Something to discount from I suppose.

Just to give you a baseline, $4000-$4500 is what the dealers are (were) giving for '02's. I was also quoted a high of $5250 as the current auction price.
