I would also recommend some anti-seize on the new plug threads as well as dielectric grease on the spark plug electrical connection in the boot.

I did the plugs on a 2012 Honda Odyssey. I would recommend you just take your time. Watch some good instructional videos on Odyssey spark plugs.

When I used anti-seize, the spark plugs I had had some sort of crush washer on them so when the plugs were decently tight they couldn't really tighten much further so you kinda knew when they were done tightening.

I just checked I used ngk on the 2012 Odyssey. NGK DILZKR7A11G Laser Iridium Spark Plug

I definitely was careful and wasn't trying to crank it down a lot. Just snug. I have a decent feel for torque spec. I do have a torque wrench.

I just did my dad's 2013 bmw 535i spark plugs at a 110k miles, and was extra careful. 👍😃👌😉
