I replaced my speakers with the Polk Audios but with the stock HU (I have a '09 EXL-RES). I really like the speakers, but the stock HU does NOT have enough power to really push the speakers unfortunately. By the time you start getting up to 17-18 on the volume, the bass really starts to cut out. Maybe someday I'll replace the HU....

Those will work great!! You will be pleased compared to the crappy stock paper speakers.
