I have a 1995 Odyssey with 114K miles on it. I have replaced the front motor mount at least 4 times since I have taken ownership, about 3 years now. The last time that I replaced the mount, I replaced all of the mounts including the transmission mount. The front motor mount has broken again. The transmission shifts hard and the passenger cabin vibrates. Why does this continue to happen and what can be done to solve this issue? Is there a quality difference between OEM and aftermarket? Does anyone offer a performance motor mount?

I did mine for the first time at 170,000km. Still like new and not a crack appearing as I approach 200,000km. Buy some rubber urethane and fill the mount. A $20 fix.
