Just purchased a 1997 Odyssey EX with 170,00....it's a one owner van, and has been dealer maintaned since new. I am planning on doing the maintenace on the van myself, and would appreciate any insights into oil changes, spark plugs, coolant changes, etc. since the van is new to me..........i have owned Toyota trucks (1990 and 1983 4x4) for the last 20 plus years, and have done the oil changes, coolant and thermostat changes, plugs, valve adjustments, and trans and diff oil changes.........Thanks in advance for your help! Congrats and welcome.

Consult your owners manual. If you dont have one then you can find one online. Get friendly with the search function as there is a good amount of information on this forum.

Thank you...i did'nt actually pick up the van until today, and it came with the original owner's manual.....lots of maint. info with helpful drawings.....i think it will be a piece of cake...Thanks again for your welcome!!! Beachboy2157

You will love it, great vehicles. We bought ours ten years ago and it is easy to own and maintain. Always check here first with any questions, some of us are semi-knowledgeable and can assist. :stupid:
