Thank you in advance for any guidance.

I have minimal experience.

Family van, 180K miles, got a tune up (spark plugs) last year where the mechanic declared one cylinder (the one in question here I believe) discolored/worn, likely from an overheating in its past. At that time all the cylinders threw misfire codes, recently only this one P0303 code came up along with the following driving experience that will hopefully give some one with more knowledge than I an idea on what to do next:

-Starts fine, but it hesitates in fuel injection movements and when first giving gas. Then at 65 mph or faster (the shakiness that may exist at lower speeds) the entire van shakes.

Before I throw another $600+ at the problem, I would really be thankful for any suggestions.

What type of plugs? Anything other than oem NGK will cause ignition issues. Swap #3 coil with another and see if it changes with the misfire.

When you swap the coil pull the plug and check it for carbon buildup. Also swap the plut to a different cylander than the coil.
