Why are you asking? Do you have your owner's manual?

Any place that sells batteries can look up one to fit, it is a very common size, and yes, they do fail frequently if the vehicle is used primarily as a soccer-mom vehicle. A trickle charger will double the life of your battery, but does require one to connect and disconnect it (and on a Honda you can't use the one that plugs into the cigarette lighter as that is dead with the key out).

550 cca is stock
CCA doesn't matter to the Ody (or any car), except in very cold weather, then it's more cca the better. The longer the warrentee (and more cca), the longer lasting the battery.
As for size, as redmond said any auto battery store can look up the size.

I just replaced mine because it died twice, once my fault. I got almost 6 years out of the old one so couldn't complain. Very easy to buy because it's so common. The Odyssey seems to be a very easy car to start so you don't know the battery is on the way out until it's too late. Funny that it seems to run better with a new battery. BTW, you can go to any major auto website like Autozone to find the battery size. They list it as 24F.

I know that any auto store will give a recommendation for battery size, but I sometimes question their info. This forum could be a place to get some specs from someone who is not trying to sell something. Don't understand comments that say check manual, check auto store. Someone is asking for a little help. It's about being able to go into the auto store and knowing more than the person looking it up in a database.

I am about to buy my third battery (original and 1 replacement) for 2000 Ody LX, over 6 years on each. :)

The top Walmart and Costco batteries seem to get good reviews from Ody owners. I don't know what various sizes of batteries will actually fit you Ody but most just use the recommended size (24F) with a CCA rating of at least 550. Usually the higher the better (power-wise and quality-wise). I would go with a minimum of 700CCA for your area.

"""Don't understand comments that say"""

No need to get cranky.
If you're getting 6+ years that's very good. I would get the exact same battery you bought last time.
You already know the size and model, it's on top of the batt and on your receipt.
