I just did the timing belt myself and it took 9-10 hours including the water pump, TB, serpentine belt, power steering belt and plugs. I'd imagine a shop can do the TB and water pump in about 6-7 hours. I bought the ACDelco TB and water pump kit which included replacement idler and tension pulley assemblies and the tensioner assembly for $175.
When I change ATF, I use the Valvoline MaxLife product that according to the bottle is a replacement for the Honda Z-1. There are quite a few people that recommend only using the Honda Z-1 fluid, but I have been using the Valvoline stuff for the past three changes (45,000 miles) with no discernible issues and its considerably less expensive. Have nearly 180,000 miles on the car.
