No worries. I am grateful and thankful of everyone's input and comments. I will most likely get a VCM muzzler put on once everything is fixed.

Has it been repaired? Was the valve bad? Inquiring minds would like to know.

Is it the intake or exhaust valve?

Front bank is much easier to work with compared to the rear bank. Assuming the block and everything else is good, the easiest is get a reman head around USD$500 and replace it.

The head can be fixed too. Replace the damaged valves. Make sure there is no collateral damage to the seat and guide.

It is unusual for valve to burn at such low milage. A weak tensioner causing timing belt to jump is most likely the problem.
