2006 odyssey driver side sliding door- wont completely close

hello there, my 2006 odyssey driver side sliding door has an issue. By using both power switch or manual mode, the door closes but 2 second later, it pops out of its rear latch, causing the door indicator to light up. When put in drive or reverse, you hear a beeping sound. Any idea how to fix this?
