2006 Odyssey Parental Control Question

Okay, I've searched high and low, My parental control is set at 1. I know my password and have tried to change my parental control setting, my password is valid and I get to the screen that allows me to change the number, I press the "up" button and it won't change the control number. I know that it is accepting the button push, but it won't change the parental control number, so that my dvd player will show something other than "G" movies.

I have tried all buttons, I've read my manual inside and out, I guess my next step is the dealer unless somebody here knows something.
