Subwoofer's under the passenger's seat... The NAV dvd system is under the drivers seat... and so is the XM receiver (if your rig has that...)

That sounds painful... and potentially expensive...

Have you had any improvement? I'm unsure if anything actually got fried... (water it's self isn't a conductor... it's only a conductor when some additional agent e.g. salt is added to it).

One possible option is to pull various parts from under the seats and dry them... (one method I know of is to use rice in a plastic baggie... though i've only ever tried this method while trying to salvage a cell phone my wife dropped in the... uh, never mind...
